In case , Your account is debited and beneficiary account is not been credited for
UPI transaction then-
- For failed transaction the funds will be credited in your account, normally within
7 working days.

For timeout transactions funds will be credited in beneficiary (Receiver’s)
account, normally in T+1 working days.
For timeout transactions (Status - deemed/pending) funds will be credited in beneficiary
(Receiver’s) account, normally in T+1 working days.
For wrong fund transfer cases on receipt of complaint, bank will raise the chargeback
on beneficiary (receiver) bank but reversal of fund depends upon availability of
funds in wrong account and Beneficiary (receiver) bank’s policy.
For immediate blocking of UPI services in case of unauthorized transactions, customers
are requested to contact our toll free numbers 18002584455 & 18001024455. After
blocking, Please lodge the complaint for unauthorized transaction(s) on SPGRS Portal.
